Once your package is handed over to the courier, we’re unable to control its movement, but we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below, we’ve outlined answers to some common questions about tracking and receiving your order:

And we care just as much about getting your package delivered as you do. However, after the shipment has been handed over to the courier, we won’t be able to help it move any faster. Please accept our deepest apologies if the tracking number has not yet indicated any progress.
The carrier’s update is crucial for us. Unfortunately, on several occasions, they fail to update it in real time. Rest assured, the tracking information for this order shows that the shipment has been shipped and is on its way to the destination country.
Tracking data updates are often delayed during the transfer process for various reasons. Once the package arrives in the destination country, clears customs, and is en route to its final destination, the tracking information will provide more updates.

How can I track my order?

My order is “Preparing to Ship” or “In Transit.” What does that mean?
This means your order has been packed and has left our warehouse! You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s on its way. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking details to update.

Do you process orders during Public Holidays?
We do our best to fulfill your orders quickly, but please note that our warehouse and courier partners are closed on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
